“智慧冬奥，共赴未来” |5G奥运专列媒体论坛今日启动
2022年冬季奥林匹克运动会将于2月4日在北京拉开帷幕。1月26日，CMG论坛开幕。本次论坛由中央广播电视总台举办，北京冬奥会组委会协办，下设三场分论坛。CGTN在奔驰的京张高铁5G奥运专列上展开了一场别开生面的媒体分论坛。“智慧冬奥，共赴未来”分论坛展现了科技感拉满的冬奥会筹备过程，主持人田薇邀请各国媒体嘉宾一起登上奥运专列，共同体验科技创新的魅力，开启一段缤纷的冬奥之旅。
The 2022 Winter Olympic Games will kick off in Beijing on February 4.The China Media Group (CMG) Forum opened on January 26 in Beijing. The forum is organized by China Central Television (CCTV) and co-organized by the Beijing Winter Olympics Organising Committee. It has three sub-forums. CGTN's commentary department is hosting one of the sub-forums -the media forum “A Journey on the Olympic Express".
This year, broadcasting the Games is no longer limited to traditional TV studios, technology allows us to do it aboard the Fuxing Winter Olympic Intelligent Express for the first time. To showcase winter sports' development and technological progress, CGTN Host Tian Wei invited a group of foreign journalists to talk about how they feel aboard the special train to start a unique journey towards the Winter Olympics.

北京冬奥会将成为冬奥会历史上第一次用高速铁路来连接所有场馆的奥运会。京张高铁担负重任，是本次冬奥会的重点配套交通基础设施。百年前，詹天佑主持建成了由中国人自主设计和建造的第一条铁路——京张铁路；百年后，京张高铁“智慧”变身，“优雅”转型，作为我国首条采用北斗卫星导航系统的智能化高速铁路，也是世界上首条最高设计时速350公里的高速铁路，实现5G信号覆盖，京张高铁树起了中国高铁的新标杆。
全球首列为冬奥会量身定制的专属列车于今年1月6日正式在京张高铁上亮相，已做好为北京冬奥会服务的准备。我们首次以总台设在京张高铁上的“5G+4K”奥运专列为高清移动演播室，邀请各国媒体记者一起畅聊科技奥运、中国高铁发展以及冰雪运动等话题，并充分展示冬奥专列的运行速度、运行线路、北斗导航系统、网络技术设备以及铁路修建历史，全方位突出中国在科技领域不断创新的传统和能力。
The Beijing Winter Olympics will be the first Olympic Games to use high-speed rail to connect all venues. The Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway will run as the Olympics Express at the upcoming Beijing Games. One hundred years ago, Zhan Tianyou helped build the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Line, which was the first Chinese constructed railroad. One hundred years later, the new Beijing-Zhangjiakou railway has become a symbol of "wisdom" and "elegance". As China's first intelligent high-speed railroad equipped Beidou satellite navigation system, the Beijing-Zhangjiakou railway’s top speed of 350 km/h is tied with the Beijing-Shanghai line for the world’s highest rail speed for a commercial line. It is also the world's first smart high-speed rail fully covered by 5G, which has set a new benchmark for China's high-speed railway.
The special 5G Express bullet train between Beijing and Zhangjiakou was officially unveiled on January 6 this year, ready to serve the Beijing Winter Olympics. For the first time, we used the "5G+4K" Olympic Express as a high-definition mobile studio. The program also invited three foreign journalists to talk about the Olympic Express and the unique charm of ice and snow sports. The media forum especially designed a special cartoon video to show the speed of the train, its route, the Beidou satellite navigation system, the network technology equipment and the history of railroad construction. These all highlight China's ability to innovate in the field of science and technology.

媒体论坛邀请全俄广播电视公司分社长亚历山大、西班牙埃菲社驻京分社前社长随风、以及中阿卫视驻京资深记者蔼琳娜三位资深媒体人。三位都在中国驻站多年，对中国有着深刻的了解。此次登上奥运专列，他们表示很高兴有这样的机会，一边体验列车被科技赋予的“十八班武艺”，一边能够与全球同行交流报道心得。
几位媒体人从被高科技武装的奥运专列，谈到对冬奥报道的心得；从中国为了迎接冬奥采取的防疫措施，谈到对体育政治化的反感；从疫情期间作为资深外国记者如何平衡公正地报道中国，谈到久未归国，对家人和祖国的思念。访谈时而轻松诙谐，时而温情动人。列车启动后，中阿卫视驻京资深记者蔼琳娜兴奋地说到：“这辆冬奥列车就像是开往童话世界里的雪国列车。”全俄广播电视公司分社长亚历山大也坦言：行驶质感“如丝般顺滑”。为了验证奥运专列最高运行时速350公里时还能保持车厢内乘客的舒适，几位做起了“桌面立硬币”的小游戏，清晰直观地展现了高铁在高速运行时的平稳。
接下来， “寄给亲朋好友的冬奥明信片”这个温情的环节触动了记者们多年在外的思乡之情，俄罗斯记者亚历山大提及家人潸然泪下；西班牙记者随风提到自己5岁的女儿在中国生活过两年半；来自中阿卫士的记者蔼琳娜家在乌克兰，她提及了全家对冰雪运动的热爱以及对北京冬奥的期待。
The media forum invited three journalists aboard the train: Alexander Balitskiy, Senior Broadcast Journalist of RTR, and Javier Garcia, former China Director of Agencia EFE, and Olena Protchenko, Host of China Arab TV. They have been in China for many years and know China very well. Being onboard the Olympic Express, they said it is an honor to ride on the fantastic Olympic Express while exchanging their reporting experience with their international peers.
They talked about their experience in reporting on the Winter Olympics, from the high-tech Olympic train to the pandemic control measures taken by China to keep the Games Covid-free. They also talked about the politicization of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, the experience of reporting on China in a balanced manner amid Covid, and their long absence from their home countries and their inevitable homesickness. The interviews were both witty but also touching. After the train started to move, Olena Protchenko, Host of China Arab TV, said the Olympic Express is like an express to a fairy tale. Alexander Balitskiy, Senior Broadcast Journalist of RTR, also summed up the ride with one word, "smooth". To test the comfort of the Olympic train while it is running at a maximum speed of 350 km/h, they played the game "Coin on the Table", which left no doubt to the smooth ride.
Next, "Sending a postcard to your loved ones" touched the hearts of the journalists who have been away from home for many years. Alexander teared-up as he mentioned his family; Javier Garcia mentioned that his 5-year-old daughter had lived in China for two and a half years; Olena Protchenko is from Ukraine. She said ice and snow sports are her family’s past-time, and her family is so looking forward to the Beijing Winter Olympics.

1月21日起，京张高铁开始为冬奥会及冬残奥会提供运输服务时间，直到3月16日。在这期间部分列车将采取闭环管理与普通旅客互不交集。而这趟“冬奥列车”上的工作人员都是经过层层选拔的高铁精英，不但业务过关，颜值同样优秀。
列车行驶过程中， CGTN《世界观察》主持人田薇在车厢中进行了体验式采访，客串列车报站员并体验乘务员的工作。之后，田薇对话专列司机王海涛和列车乘务员王亚丽，全面展示了奥运专列运行以及服务团队的风貌。
The Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway will provide commuter services for the 2022 Beijing Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games from Jan. 21, 2022 to March 16, 2022. During this period, some trains will carry closed-loop management and Olympic personnel while regular passengers will be in separate carriages for pandemic control. The rail crews aboard this “Winter Olympics train” are the cream of the crop in their industry. They are selected not only because of their outstanding professionalism, but also due to their good looks.
CGTN Host Tian Wei enjoys the full Olympic Express experience, making a station announcement and even following the work of rail crews. After that, Tian Wei talked to the driver Wang Haitao and train crew Wang Yali. The Winter Olympics train set up a media carriage in car 5 to facilitate mobile offices for Chinese and foreign media reporters.
